Contract Specialist

Role Overview: You have the exciting opportunity to join Wipro Technologies as a Contract Specialist with English, where you will be part of a new team and play a crucial role in building and managing strong relationships with client organizations within the digital client industry. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure operational support to the Customer by processing all order management requests accurately and in a timely manner as per the Customer's instructions and procedures. - Act as the interface between partners/customers, support various departments, and ensure all questions are answered within agreed deadlines. - Take full ownership of front office responsibilities, coordinate activities with near- and offshore partners, and translate customer requests effectively. - Conduct check and balance functions for order, revenue, and business-related issues, ensuring compliance with policies and clients" standards of business conduct. - Use Customers internal tools efficiently and meet customers" expectations, targets, and Key Performance Indicators. - Optimize processes, facilitate knowledge transfer, present professional topics to management, and analyze processes for improvement. - Take on lead functions for customer projects, initiate and attend interdisciplinary meetings, and escalate issues as needed.
