Contract Specialist

As a Contract Specialist at Accenture, you will be responsible for end-to-end third-party contract management for global clients. Your role will involve contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, and stakeholder management. You will work as part of the Procurement management team, which focuses on buying goods and services for the company, ensuring sustainability through a systematic approach. This includes identifying needs, qualifying suppliers, negotiating, contracting, and analyzing results. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, negotiate, and redline medium to high complexity third-party contracts - Manage stakeholders at the client end to ensure timely preparation and signatures of contracts - Contribute to new solutions and adapt existing methods and procedures as needed - Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align team goals accordingly Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation/Bachelor of Laws/Master of Law - 7 to 11 years of experience in global contract management, third-party purchase agreements, contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining - Experience in MS Office - Legal background with expertise in handling third-party buy-side contracts In this role, you will lead negotiations by focusing on mutual strategic interests, maintaining a constructive approach to foster enduring business relationships. You will collaborate with clients, Accenture procurement, legal, and business teams to manage the overall contracting process and reach agreements.
