Deep expertise in managing sales operations back office processes with knowledge of operations processes, tools and technologyHas extensive knowledge in preparing Sales Contracts, Contract drafting, contract abstraction, contract redlining, contract orchestration, understanding of the contract approval process.Has worked with different contract types like MSA, Work Orders, Change Orders, Service Agreements. Has knowledge of writing the terms and conditions, risks, assumptionsAbility to customize all documents to accurately reflect services to be provided, oversees finalization of documents, and distributes final documents to sales leaders for signatures. Collaborates with team members, operations, business development and other sources, to finalize the contract draft submissions.Worked with various cross functional teams like contracts, finance, and operations.Supports the contracts Management team with review of draft contracts before submission and analysis of budgets to ensure accuracy and efficiency."- Expertise in managing sales operations back office processes with knowledge of operations processes, tools and technology.Result oriented leader managing teams of 20+ HC working in remote and hybrid environment.experience in Warranty policies, warranty programs, warranty claims"

Qualification Any Graduation
