The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in transaction advisory services, particularly in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. >>Key Responsibilities Lead and manage contract-related aspects of transaction advisory assignments Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for PPP projects Provide strategic advice to government and public sector clients Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions >>Required Experience Minimum 8 years of experience as a Contracts Expert Proven track record in transaction advisory assignments related to PPP Must have worked on at least 3 similar assignments for state/central government or public sector organizations >>Preferred Skills Strong understanding of PPP frameworks and legal structures Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
