Key Responsibilities Leadership Hiring Strategy: Partner with business heads and HR to define leadership hiring strategies, understanding the specific talent needs across domains. Talent Sourcing: Leverage external channels, including headhunting, executive search firms, LinkedIn, and other networking tools to source top leadership talent.
