About the role: The Campaign Operations Contractor is responsible for the execution, monitoring, and optimization of marketing campaigns. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and perform effectively, leveraging data-driven insights to continually refine processes. Your contribution will be: Campaign Execution - Coordinate and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns. Oversee Email QA & Scheduling, List Imports, Program QA & Activation. Process Improvement - Analyze and refine campaign workflows to enhance efficiency. Maximize campaign outcomes through orchestration, process oversight, automation, auditing, and change management. Data Analysis & Reporting - Develop reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and inform strategy. To be successful , we think you need: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Prior experience in GTM operations is required. What's in it for you?
