Contract Analyst

Role Overview: As a Contract Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and reviewing EPCs" contracts to ensure the company's risks are covered and compliance is maintained. Reporting to the Team Manager of the INOPC Grid Automation Tender Competence Center Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing, revising, and monitoring various contracts to align contract terms with operational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Review, revise, and develop contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and procurement documents. - Ensure contracts accurately reflect technical specifications and project deliverables. - Collaborate with Senior Contract Manager to align contract terms with operational goals. - Identify and assess contractual risks and ways to mitigate them. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies and guidelines. - Monitor contract performance, flag deviations or potential disputes, and provide summaries on contractual obligations and rights. - Maintain organized records of all contract documents and amendments. - Track key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables in conjunction with the Project Management Team. - Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics. - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the energy or utilities sector. - Familiarity with grid automation technologies such as SCADA, smart meters, and substation automation. - Familiarity with AI technologies. - Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance. - Excellent analytical and communication skills.
