Additionally, you will train and mentor junior kitchen staff, collaborate with the Head Chef on menu design, and handle kitchen equipment safely. To excel in this role, you should possess a diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts, along with proven experience as a Continental Chef in a reputable kitchen. Your in-depth knowledge of Continental cuisine techniques and ingredients, coupled with your creativity, passion for food, and strong leadership and communication skills, will be essential.
