Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Continental Chef, located in Lansdowne Uttarakhand with some work-from-home options available. The Continental Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting continental dishes, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring the kitchen is efficiently managed. Daily tasks include menu planning, ingredient selection, maintaining hygiene standards, and training junior kitchen staff. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen personnel to provide balanced and nutritious meals and adhering to food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Continental cuisine, Food Presentation, and Menu Planning
• Knowledge of Ingredient Selection and Recipe Development
• Strong experience in maintaining Hygiene Standards and Food Safety regulations
• Ability to train and manage junior kitchen staff
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
• Previous experience in a high-end hospitality setting is a plus
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
