About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writing Manager to lead our content team and drive our brand’s voice across various digital platforms. Based in Coimbatore, this role requires a seasoned professional who can develop content strategies, manage a team of writers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and brand objectives
• Manage and mentor a team of content writers, editors, and freelancers
• Plan, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and more
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and digital marketing teams to create impactful content
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and style across all content
• Track content performance metrics and optimize based on analytics and insights
• Stay up-to-date with content trends, audience preferences, and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in content writing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content across different formats and industries
• Excellent command of English with impeccable grammar and storytelling skills
• Experience with SEO tools and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, SEMrush)
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects with deadlines
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
