Job Brief:

You’ll primarily be responsible for writing news articles and short-form content that covers the latest updates in technology, innovation, and enterprise sectors. You’ll also get the opportunity to work closely with senior editors and marketers to learn the ropes of editorial workflows, SEO, and content strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Write daily news articles, funding updates, product launches, and company announcements relevant to the B2B tech space.
• Research and summarize developments in AI, SaaS, FinTech, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Digital Transformation.
• Support the editorial team in producing timely and accurate content aligned with our news calendar.
• Help with content formatting, publishing, and tagging in the CMS (e.g., WordPress).
• Ensure articles follow US English style, proper grammar, and our internal editorial guidelines.
• Learn and apply basic SEO techniques such as keyword usage, headlines, and metadata.
• Assist in monitoring tech news sources, press releases, and media coverage for potential stories.
• Collaborate with the design team to illustrate the content pieces.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in content writing, journalism, or media (internships included).
• Basic understanding of tech and business trends, with a willingness to learn and dive deeper.
• Strong writing skills with attention to clarity, grammar, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with writing in a news or journalistic style is a big plus.
• Knowledge of SEO writing and content formatting (training can be provided).
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple stories in a fast-paced setting.
• Graduate in Mass Media, Journalism, Communications, or English preferred.
