Content Writer (Technical)

As a Technical Content Strategist at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and executing a content strategy that effectively communicates complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. You will collaborate closely with our development, product, and marketing teams to ensure that the content aligns with our brand voice and goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a comprehensive content strategy and roadmap for various technical documentation such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, API docs, knowledge base, etc. - Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to gather input and ensure technical accuracy in the content. - Write, edit, and maintain a variety of technical content including articles, tutorials, developer guides, architecture overviews, release notes, and system documentation. - Audit existing technical content, identify gaps, and update outdated material to ensure relevance. - Optimize all content for SEO, discoverability, readability, and user experience. - Utilize metrics and analytics to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement. - Establish templates and guidelines to maintain consistent structure, style, tone, and formatting of the content. - Coordinate content review cycles, manage version control, and uphold content standards. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in technical writing and content strategy. - Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and analyze performance data for continuous enhancement. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English Honors, Literature, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience. - 2+ years of prior experience in technical content creation, content strategy, or technical writing. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum environment. - Experience in writing about Salesforce technologies, platforms, or implementations is a plus. - Knowledge of product documentation.
