Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. - 2+ years of experience in technical content creation, content strategy, or technical writing. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, working in a Scrum environment, and writing about Salesforce technologies. - Understanding of LLMs and Machine Learning to optimize content for AI-driven platforms. - Experience with content management systems, version control, markup languages, and documentation tools. - Basic knowledge of SEO practices for technical content and strong analytical skills. - Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
