Role Overview

As a Content Creator at Wiraa, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality, engaging, and original content that enhances our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams to produce blogs, social media posts, videos, and other multimedia content that resonates with our audience and strengthens Wiraa’s voice in the global recruitment space.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and original content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and website pages.

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and copy for videos, reels, and marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging.

• Research industry trends, topics, and keywords to produce SEO-friendly content.

• Manage content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.

• Optimize written and visual content for engagement, reach, and conversion.

• Assist in developing brand storytelling strategies to boost awareness and audience trust.

• Track content performance metrics and suggest improvements for better results.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.

• Proficiency in social media content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

• A proactive mindset with a passion for digital trends, creativity, and brand building.
