Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Content Writer to join our marketing agency team full-time. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, who can craft engaging content for digital campaigns, social media, ads, websites, and more. You’ll work closely with the strategy, design, and performance marketing teams to create copy that drives clicks, conversations, and conversions for startups in our network.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, creative, and compelling content for:
• Social media posts & campaigns
• Performance marketing ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Website & landing page copy
• Blogs, newsletters & case studies
• Brand communication (pitches, decks, emailers)
• Collaborate with designers & strategists to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Understand startup ecosystems and diverse industries to adapt tone & messaging.
• Optimize content for SEO and performance-driven goals.
• Stay updated on trends, memes, and digital-first content styles.
• Maintain brand consistency across clients while experimenting with fresh formats.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Content Writer / Copywriter (agency/startup preferred).
• Strong portfolio of social media and ad copywriting.
• Excellent command over English; ability to write both quirky, catchy lines and long-form content.
• Understanding of digital marketing & performance-driven content.
• Comfortable juggling multiple brands and industries.
• Based in Thane/Mumbai region (on-site collaboration required).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in writing for D2C brands, tech startups, or global audiences.
• Knowledge of basic SEO tools and content analytics.
• Creative flair for memes, trending formats, or scripts for reels/videos.
