Job Title: Content Writer (Mid to Senior Level)

Profile Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Content Writer fluent in conceiving, collaborating, and writing in different styles for various channels to lead the creation and execution of impactful content. Core deliverables will include blogs, long-form articles, website content, ad copy, email campaigns, product descriptions, PR materials, social media posts, and scripts for YouTube or podcasts. You will ideate, write, and execute innovative copy across all media platforms in partnership with art directors and other teammates, while selling ideas from strategic concept development through completion. This role requires both strong hands-on writing ability and the experience to mentor junior writers while managing multiple projects with efficiency, producing creative products within time constraints and on budget. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Design, SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Digital PR, YouTube/Podcast, Video, Account Services, Product & Services, Strategy, Technology, Production, Project Management, Copy Supervisors, and Servicing teams to ensure content is creative, consistent, original, compelling, distinctive, synergistic with art/graphics, and aligned with campaign goals. Additionally, you will present work internally as well as to clients in a confident and professional manner, focusing on producing work worthy of industry recognition.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, develop, and deliver content across blogs, websites, social media, ads, and PR campaigns, ensuring it is on strategy for the product, in language that is original, compelling, distinctive, and synergistic with art/graphics.
  • Write scripts, captions, and messaging for YouTube, podcasts, and video content.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Ideate, write, and execute innovative copy across all media platforms in partnership with art director teammates.
  • Sell ideas from strategic concept development through completion.
  • Participate with creative team and servicing team to develop multiple concepts/campaigns for assigned products/projects.
  • Contribute innovative ideas appropriate to the client's marketing strategy.
  • Focus on the big idea and perform other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor.
  • Be deadline-oriented and well-organized.

Quality & Optimization

  • Review, edit, and refine content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Apply SEO practices to improve visibility and search rankings.
  • Track performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
  • Produce work worthy of industry recognition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Design, SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Digital PR, YouTube/Podcast, Video, Account, Strategy, Production, Project Management, Copy Supervisor, Account Services, Art Director, and Servicing teams to produce integrated campaigns.
  • Partner with performance specialists to create conversion-driven content.
  • Contribute to creative direction during campaign ideation sessions.
  • Collaborate with team in a positive and productive manner.
  • Coordinate with copy supervisor, account services, and art director in identifying and obtaining information needed to carry out assignments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field; Graduate/Post Graduate in any Discipline also considered.
  • 3–6 years of professional content writing experience, preferably across multiple formats.
  • Strong portfolio of blogs, website content, campaign copy, and branded storytelling, demonstrating creative/conceptual potential and writing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SEO-based writing and digital content strategy.
  • Excellent research, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions.
  • Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment.

Schedule: Day shift

Location: New Delhi, Delhi (In person)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Green Park, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
