SEO Content Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of content writers and editors.

Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with SEO goals and marketing campaigns.

Assign and monitor SEO content tasks ensuring deadlines, keyword usage, and content quality are met.

Collaborate with the SEO and design teams to ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user experience.

Review, edit, and improve existing content for SEO effectiveness, accuracy, and readability.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content planning.

Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

Maintain a publishing calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content.

Provide training, feedback, and performance reviews for content writers.

Stay updated with SEO trends and Google algorithm updates to refine content strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven work experience (3+ years) in SEO-focused content creation and team handling.

Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.

Excellent command over written English with strong editing and proofreading skills.

Proficient in content and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Surfer SEO.

Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse content team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,788.61 - ₹34,567.58 per month
