About the Role

TheraYog is looking for a Content Team Lead to manage and execute our end to end social media and YouTube content strategy. The ideal candidate can write strong content, plan creative concepts, guide a small team, and ensure consistent brand quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the content team
• Create and review content for Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
• Plan scripts, ideas, and content calendars
• Oversee graphics and short-form video edits
• Track trends, hashtags, and platform insights
• Ensure timely delivery and brand consistency
• Work closely with social media & marketing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of content writing/creative content experience
• Strong writing skills (Hindi + English)
• Basic graphic design & video editing knowledge
• Understanding of social media trends
• Ability to lead, review, and guide team output

Preferred

• Experience in wellness, yoga, lifestyle, or health brands
• Knowledge of SEO & YouTube best practices
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, Buffer
