Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Strategist located in Noida. The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and managing content strategies, creating and editing web content, and overseeing content development. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various departments to ensure content alignment, analyzing content performance, and implementing best practices for content distribution and optimization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Experience in Content Strategy, Content Management, and Content Development
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing and general Writing skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in marketing or digital media industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agency or performance marketing environment.
• Basic knowledge of paid media and influencer/UGC content ecosystems.
• Understanding of AI content tools and how to integrate them efficiently.
