Content Specialist

As a Technical Content Developer at SOTI, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end content development and technical writing of engaging and technically accurate content across various formats including product videos, platform walkthroughs, deep dives, shorts, and interactive courses. You will collaborate with internal experts such as Product Managers, Technical Support, and Customer Success Managers to ensure that the content reflects real-world use cases and aligns with evolving product capabilities. It will be your responsibility to independently demonstrate SOTI ONE platform products, ensuring that you can confidently represent features in external-facing content without the need for subject matter expert dependency. You will need to translate complex technical concepts into simple, learner-friendly narratives and scripts that support onboarding, feature adoption, and customer self-sufficiency. Additionally, you will own the full content lifecycle from planning and scripting through production, release, and updates. It will be essential for you to analyze content engagement metrics and customer feedback to measure content effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement. Keeping up to date with SOTI's product roadmap and NPI releases to proactively plan content that supports timely enablement will be crucial. You will have the opportunity to experiment with modern content tools such as AI video generators, automation platforms, and interactive content formats to improve scalability and efficiency. Maintaining version control, documentation, and change management for all content within approved content repositories and learning systems will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating cross-functionally with Global Communications, Product Marketing, and relevant teams to ensure brand, tone, and compliance standards are met is essential. To excel in this role, you should bring experience in mobile, Cloud, client-server, or other enterprise technologies. Experience in mobile device management, as well as server and cloud infrastructure, will be beneficial. Previous working experience in technical writing or content development, along with knowledge of learning methodologies and adult learning best practices is desired. Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills are necessary to effectively work with team members, peers, and stakeholders.
