Job Description

Title:

Content SpecialistKey Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze learning and communication needs and translate them into engaging instructional and visual design solutions.
Design and develop learning content (e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, job aids) aligned with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Develop creative visual and multimedia assets, including graphics, infographics, illustrations, and videos to support content delivery.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to conceptualize, storyboard, and deliver interactive learning experiences.
Ensure consistency in design, branding, and instructional quality across deliverables.
Leverage tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Captivate, PowerPoint, and video editing software for content creation.
Exposure to AI-based content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Synthesia or other GenAI platforms) to enhance creativity and efficiency in content development.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and integrate innovative ideas into instructional and creative content.

Educational QualificationGraduation/Post-Graduation (Preferably in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or related disciplines)

Experience

5+ years of combined experience in Instructional Design, Content Development, and Graphic/Visual Design.
Hands-on experience in instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick model).
Experience in developing multimedia learning materials, video editing, and e-learning development.
