About The Opportunity

• Review user-generated text, images, and short-form video against established content policies and make timely, consistent decisions.
• Apply policy enforcement actions (remove, escalate, label, or restore) while maintaining SLAs and accuracy/KPI targets.
• Document edge cases and escalate complex or ambiguous content to senior reviewers or policy teams for adjudication.
• Use content management systems to log decisions, create clear rationale, and maintain audit-ready records.
• Provide qualitative feedback to improve automated filters and collaborate on tuning ML-based moderation workflows.
• Contribute to knowledgebase updates and help train new reviewers on policy nuances and escalation paths.

Additional Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in content review, trust & safety, or community moderation roles preferred.
• Strong written English and clear, objective decision-making skills; additional Indian languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working remote with flexible or rotational shift schedules and meeting SLA/KPI targets.
