Below is the Job Description of Content Operations (OTT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Ingestion & Delivery:
• Manage the ingestion and delivery process of video content to OTT platforms.
• Ensure that content is uploaded, encoded, and delivered to the platforms on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, post-production, marketing) to receive and deliver content assets as per platform requirements.
• Metadata Management:
• Ensure accurate and complete metadata (e.g., titles, descriptions, tags, etc.) for all content uploaded to the platform.
• Verify and update metadata in the content management systems (CMS) and ensure platform-specific guidelines are followed.
• Quality Control (QC):
• Perform quality checks on video content to ensure adherence to platform specifications (e.g., resolution, format, aspect ratio).
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to video playback, audio sync, and other content-related issues.
• Coordinate with the legal team to ensure the necessary content rights are obtained.

Platform Management:

•  Ensure smooth content delivery and troubleshooting as required.
• Monitor the performance of content on the platforms and report any operational issues or downtime.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide operational support for any technical issues related to content uploads or playback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any content-related issues or platform downtimes in collaboration with the IT or platform support teams.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Track content performance, audience engagement, and viewership data on OTT platforms
