Both companies actively build their brand presence through high-quality, consistent, and engaging content across digital platforms. As a Content Creator, you will play a key role in shaping brand communication, educating audiences, and supporting business growth.

Candidate Profile:

● Creative, detail-oriented, and curious

● Strong written communication and storytelling skills

● Comfortable converting complex finance or business topics into simple content

● Self-motivated and capable of working independently

● Open to feedback and willing to learn fast

● Organized and consistent with deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

● Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.)

● Develop content related to finance, real estate, business insights, and company updates

● Write captions, posts, short articles, blogs, and basic marketing copies

● Assist in creating visual content ideas (reels, carousels, infographics) in collaboration with the design team

● Research industry trends and convert them into easy-to-understand content

● Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publishing

● Coordinate with marketing, business development, and leadership teams for content alignment

● Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics

Requirements:

● Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in content creation or digital marketing

● Strong command of English (written and basic spoken)

● Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends

● Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools

● Onsite availability in Hyderabad

● Internship or coursework in content writing, digital marketing, or media

● Exposure to finance, real estate, or startup ecosystems

● Basic understanding of SEO or content analytics

● Experience with short-form video ideas (Reels/Shorts)

Compensation & Growth:

● Salary: Flat in hand INR 12,500 per month, from 4th month INR 15,000, and based on performance from 6th month INR 17,500

● 5 months service bond applicable

● Full-time onsite role in Hyderabad
