Content Manager

JSW Sports is looking for an Assitant Manger/ Manager - Content to join their team in Mumbai.

Role Summary:

Oversee and manage the social media presence of the organization, as well as creating content calendars for our diverse roster of athletes, which includes Olympic athletes, cricketers, and more. This role plays a crucial part in building and maintaining a strong online presence for our athletes and our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Social Media Strategy:

   Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the online visibility and engagement of JSW Sports and its athletes. This includes setting clear objectives, target audience analysis, and competitive analysis.

2. Content Creation:

   Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Content should showcase the achievements, stories, and personalities of our athletes and the JSW Sports brand.

3. Athlete Management:

   Work closely with our roster of athletes and their Talent Managers to understand their unique requirements and preferences, and develop personalized content calendars. Ensure that the content aligns with each athlete's individual brand and persona.

4. Coverage of Teams:

   Ensure that there is a strong social media presence of the fixtures, results and milestones of our Sports Teams across Cricket, Kabaddi, Football and more.

5. Performance Analytics:

   Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content. Use insights and data to make informed decisions, optimize content strategies, and report on key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the sports industry.

• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.

• Exceptional creativity and content creation skills.

• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-4 years
