Job Description

You will be responsible for managing all content-related tasks at Regatta Universal Exports. As a Content Manager, your role is crucial in enhancing the brand voice, driving engagement, and supporting business objectives through compelling content. You should be a strategic thinker, a creative storyteller, and a meticulous editor with 5-7 years of experience. - Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals. This includes identifying target audiences, conducting keyword research, and creating a content calendar. - Oversee the creation of various types of content such as website copy, blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, press releases, product descriptions, and marketing collateral. - Ensure all content is of high quality, free of errors, and consistent with the brand voice and style guide. You will be the final approval point for published content. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure content supports their initiatives and accurately reflects offerings. - Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and track content performance using analytics tools. Utilize data to refine the content strategy and measure ROI. - Champion and maintain a consistent, compelling, and authentic brand voice across all communication channels. - Incorporate trending AI tools and practices for content research, upgradation, and content effectiveness. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. - 5-7 years of professional experience in content development, management, editing, and proofreading, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies. - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. - Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices. - Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools. - Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to track content performance. - Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,
