Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage IBM Content Manager (ICMOD) solutions for clients, ensuring seamless implementation, configuration, upgradation, migration, and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop customized ICM solutions that meet their needs.
Provide technical guidance on ICM best practices, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the entire lifecycle of an ICM project.

Job Requirements :

4-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in IBM Content Manager (ICM).
Strong understanding of CMOD (Content Management Object Database) architecture and its integration with other systems.
Experience in configuring, upgrading, migrating, installing new instances of ICM or similar content management platforms.
