Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Content Management System (CMS) Developer. The CMS Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions, managing content systems, and ensuring their optimal performance. Day-to-day tasks include developing and customizing content management systems, like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar platforms. This role is ideal for candidates who have a passion for front-end or back-end development and are eager to learn modern web tools and technologies. Collaboration with the design and development team is a key aspect for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites using different CMS platforms.
• Customize themes, templates, and plugins as per project requirements.
• Update website content, layouts, and UI changes.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver high-quality web pages.
• Troubleshoot and fix basic UI, layout, and functionality issues.
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and user-friendly.
• Follow best practices for website performance, SEO, and design.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Software Development and proven ability to design and implement scalable solutions
• Familiarity with website structure, hosting, and domains
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good grasp of responsive design and layouts.
• Ability to learn new tools, plugins, and CMS platforms quickly.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment alongside cross-functional teams
