Job Description

As a Content Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing content for various marketing campaigns and programs. Your primary role will involve creating a content strategy, collaborating with teams, and providing communications guidance to senior leadership and program teams. It is essential to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning Content Development to excel in this role. A 15 years full-time education is required as the educational qualification. Your typical day will revolve around developing innovative content that resonates with target audiences, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of the content produced, make necessary adjustments, and contribute to the success of marketing initiatives. You will engage in creating high-end design for complex projects, developing graphics media, and visualizing creative concepts from Storyboards/creative brief. For the media role, you must have expertise in design tools such as eLearning, motion graphics, marketing communication, website design, and multimedia design using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Audition. Proficiency in content development and instructional design, research, and information gathering are essential. Understanding industry-standard design rapid authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe is crucial. For the content role, you will support team projects through various learning design and development phases, create effective training materials, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business outcomes. You will creatively visualize content, develop impactful storyboards, and perform quality checks on training deliverables. An ideal candidate should be well-versed with the technical functionalities and limitations of rapid authoring tools.
