Position: Content Developer

Location: Mysore

Remuneration: Rs 3 Lakhs – Rs 4 Lakhs Per Annum

Experience: 0-1 Year

Responsibilities

• Develop and design comprehensive content, including scripts, worksheets, assessments, projects, and instructional materials
• Collaborate with a team of educators, curriculum specialists, and graphic designers, media developers to create engaging and interactive content that meets the needs of diverse learners
• Conduct extensive research to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of the content, incorporating best practices and current pedagogical approaches
• Review and edit the content to ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency in concepts, examples, and explanations
• Integrate technology tools and resources effectively into content, leveraging digital platforms and interactive features to enhance student learning experiences
• Stay updated with the latest developments in education, instructional technologies, and teaching methodologies to continuously enhance the quality of the content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the content with other subject areas and interdisciplinary projects
• Participate in regular team meetings, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and provide input on the overall content development strategy
  

Key Qualifications

• A Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
• Have a deep understanding of subjects like Math, Language, Finance and Life skills
• Have strong research and analytical skills to gather and analyze data for content development and improvement
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Showcase creativity and innovation in designing engaging and interactive content
