Responsibilities

• Develop and design content for digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, social media, and email campaigns.
• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and developers to create seamless and user-friendly content experiences.
• Translate complex ideas and information into clear, concise, and engaging content for different audience segments.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points, ensuring content meets usability and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually compelling and conversion-driven content for campaigns.
• Optimize content based on performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Content Strategy, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1+ year) as a Content Designer/writer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your content design work.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or other content design software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
