Job Summary: We’re looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our growing real estate team. As our go-to storyteller, you'll craft high-conversion content across platforms to engage home buyers, investors, and industry professionals. From Instagram reels to property brochures, you’ll bring our brand to life through compelling visuals and words that convert interest into inquiries and visits into sales. Key Responsibilities: Write and edit engaging content for blogs, social media, website, brochures, listings, and press releases. Create pitch-deck copy, project descriptions, FAQ sheets, and scripts for real estate videos. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to translate business objectives into content strategies. Optimize written and video content for SEO, keywords, and real estate search trends. Monitor performance (views, shares, CTRs) and suggest data-driven improvements. Maintain brand consistency across all channels while localizing messaging where necessary. Ideate and produce short-form videos, reels, stories, and property walk-throughs for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Work with designers (or independently using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools) to generate posts, infographics, and presentation decks. Capture testimonials, site videos, project updates, and lifestyle-based content from ongoing developments. Manage a content calendar that supports lead generation campaigns and project launches. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals and seasonal opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably with exposure to real estate, lifestyle, or B2C brands. Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Excellent English writing, storytelling, and editing skills. Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and SEO content trends. Knowledge of Bangalore’s real estate ecosystem, buyer psyche, and regional language understanding. Experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or WordPress. Drone footage handling, voice-over skills, or podcasting abilities.
