Job Description

We are looking for a Content creator with strong storytelling and on-camera presence to create engaging lifestyle and beauty reels that drive brand discovery and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Create daily reels that align with trends, brand campaigns & fresh ideas.
Take ownership of brand voice, vibe, visuals & tone across social platforms.
Plan, script, shoot, and coordinate content with full creative direction.
Identify what works using data—improve hooks, retention & engagement.
Work with influencers, internal teams & freelancers to scale content output.
Support and guide junior creators to maintain consistency and quality.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in content creation or social media.
Confident on camera with strong storytelling and communication skills.
Deep knowledge of Instagram algorithms, reels trends & editing structure.
Experience in running content-led campaigns & using analytics for growth.

Experiance : 0.5–2 years (or equivalent project experience)

Work mode : In-Office — Ahmedabad, Gujarat | Full-time
