About the Role

We are looking for a Creative and Dynamic Content Creator with 2–4 years of proven experience in digital content creation. The ideal candidate should be skilled in crafting engaging, impactful, and visually appealing content across multiple platforms to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality written, visual, and video content for websites, blogs, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), and other digital channels.
• Develop content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
• Research industry-related topics and trends to create informative, creative, and engaging content.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and sales teams to produce campaign-specific content.
• Write compelling ad copies, email campaigns, taglines, and scripts for videos.
• Manage and repurpose content across different digital platforms for maximum reach.
• Track content performance metrics (engagement, impressions, conversions) and optimize future content accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and content trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Content Creator / Copywriter / Digital Content Specialist.
• Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in video script writing, short-form and long-form content creation.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools and content scheduling platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or other design tools is a plus.
