Who We’re Looking For:

You're a born content creator who:

• Speaks to the camera like it's your closest friend
• Thinks in hooks, seamless transitions, and trending audio
• Spots viral reel ideas before anyone else
• Lives and breathes content (and your screen time proves it!)
• Takes ownership of each day from research to shoot, edit & post
• Manage schedules, track campaigns independently and interact with followers to grow our online community.
• Embraces the dynamic nature of a startup and be a key driver of brand’s growth.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficient with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, Edits by Instagram).
• Experience with graphic design platforms like Canva.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency is a plus.
• 0-1 year of experience in Social Media Management or Content Creation.

What You’ll Do

• Deep-dive into our brand to co-create bold, fresh content
• Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form & long form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Experiment with formats, tried-and-trusted or wildly out-of-box
• Run paid ads and review performance to continuously improve content
• Be the face (and voice) of our brand across social platforms

What You’ll Get:

• Stipend

  : ₹10,000/month. 

• Duration

  : 3 months of hands-on learning and experience with a chance for a PPO, based on performance.

• Mode:

  Hybrid, Candidates from Delhi NCR/Gurgaon preferred (Office Location: Cybercity Gurugram)
