Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original content for 

  social media- YouTube, Instagram, etc., websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials

   
• Develop 

  short-form and long-form content

   (posts, reels, carousels, articles, captions) 
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan content calendars 
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences 
• Optimize content using 

  SEO best practices

   
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency 
• Assist in basic 

  graphic/video content ideation

   (Canva, reels, short videos) 
• Track content performance and suggest improvements 
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across platforms 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

   
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills 
• Experience with 

  social media platforms

   (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X) 
• Basic knowledge of 

  SEO, hashtags, and analytics

   
• Familiarity with tools like 

  Canva, Google Docs, WordPress

   
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
• Creative mindset with attention to detail 

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with 

  video editing tools

   (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot) 
• Knowledge of 

  content marketing funnels

   
• Understanding of 

  branding and digital marketing strategies

   
• Experience in B2B, KPO, Accounting, or IT services content 
• Photography or reel creation skills

• Content engagement (likes, shares, comments) 
• Follower growth 
• Website traffic from content 
• Lead generation through content 
• Content consistency and quality
