Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate UC (User-Generated Content) Creator to join our Social Media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, authentic, and relatable content (videos, reels, posts, stories) to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and conversions across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories).
• Create authentic, user-generated-style content that aligns with the brand voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaign ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio tracks, memes, and viral content.
• Work on building community engagement through creative and relatable storytelling.
• Repurpose and adapt content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Ensure timely delivery of content in line with campaign calendars.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Ability to shoot high-quality content using a smartphone or camera.
• Creative thinker with a good sense of trending aesthetics, captions, and hashtags.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines.
• A portfolio or sample of past UGC/social media work is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a content creator, influencer, or UGC creator.
• Background in marketing, media, design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with brand collaborations and influencer marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
