Job Title: Business Development Manager – International Location: Mohali Punjab Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager – International to drive lead generation and client acquisition across global markets. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cold calling , email outreach , and LinkedIn networking to identify and nurture new business opportunities internationally. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential international clients and business opportunities through targeted outreach via cold calling , emails , and LinkedIn . Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads across different regions and industries. Develop tailored outreach strategies for each market segment to increase conversion rates. Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, and virtual meetings with prospective clients. Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure a smooth sales process. Track outreach metrics, analyze performance, and optimize communication strategies. Stay up to date with international market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in international business development or outbound sales. Proven success in cold calling , lead generation, and LinkedIn-based outreach. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a target-driven mindset and ability to work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and email automation platforms.
