Job Title: Business Development Manager – Domestic Location: Mohali Punjab Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Manager – Domestic to generate leads and grow our client base within the Indian market. This role involves using cold calling , email outreach , and LinkedIn networking to connect with decision-makers and convert leads into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential domestic clients across targeted industries. Use cold calling , personalized email campaigns , and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up calls to move leads through the sales funnel. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM tools. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding. Regularly analyze outreach performance and optimize lead generation strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities in the domestic market. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the domestic market. Strong command over cold calling techniques , lead nurturing, and relationship-building. Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local languages as needed).
