Job Title: Business Development Manager (Domestic) Location: Mohali Punjab Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (Domestic) to drive growth within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads using cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach , with a strong focus on building a consistent sales pipeline and nurturing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and generate new domestic business leads through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn networking. Research and target relevant companies and decision-makers across sectors. Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information on lead status and communication history. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Track performance metrics and report on weekly/monthly lead generation results. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities within the local market. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in domestic business development, inside sales, or lead generation. Proven success using cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn as primary lead generation tools. Experience working with CRM software .
