Role Overview:

We are looking for a Content Creator who can develop engaging and impactful content tailored for digital platforms. From writing captions and blogs to ideating creative campaigns and producing reels/videos, this role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, stays updated with social media trends, and can translate ideas into share-worthy content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content for social media platforms, blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Ideate and script short-form video content (reels, stories, YouTube shorts, etc.).
• Be willing and able to create UGC (User-Generated Content) style videos for campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create cohesive campaigns.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate fresh and relevant content.
• Stay up-to-date with trending formats, hashtags, and digital media best practices.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, tone, and brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management.
• Strong command of written English and Hindi (bilingual fluency is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Creative thinking with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chinhat, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• UGC Video Creation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Content creation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Content Writing: 1 year (Preferred)
