Job Responsibilities 🧠 Content Creation & Strategy Plan, design, and execute engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest Shoot and edit high-quality videos (product showcases, BTS, styling tips, customer stories, etc.) Create reels, stories, and trending video content aligned with our brand voice Write captions, scripts, and descriptions that connect and convert 💬 Community Management Respond to DMs, comments, and customer queries across platforms in a timely and professional manner Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and followers Handle basic customer service over social media 📈 Social Media Growth & Engagement Develop monthly content calendars and growth strategies Monitor engagement, trends, and performance insights Suggest and execute campaigns (giveaways, influencer collaborations, etc.) to increase reach and sales 💼 Sales Support Highlight product features and new arrivals through storytelling and visual content Assist in turning social interactions into conversions (guiding interested buyers, sharing links, etc.) --- Requirements Proven experience in content creation, videography, or social media management (jewelry/fashion brands preferred) Strong command of Instagram and reel trends, basic video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.) Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Hindi is a bonus) Creative eye for aesthetics, brand tone, and visual appeal Self-motivated, consistent, and customer-focused --- Nice-to-Haves Photography or video shooting skills with phone or DSLR Knowledge of Meta Ads, Instagram analytics Ability to work under deadlines and manage posting schedules
