>JOB SUMMERY

9AV productions, a young start up, is on the lookout for a skilled full stack content creator. This role involves ideating, planning, shooting, editing and client coordination. You’ll own the entire end to end creative cycle.

>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Ideation & Shot division:- Come up with crazy scroll stopping hooks and creative concepts for our client’s short form videos (Reels).
• Shoot planning:- Coordinate with artists and vendors to manage logistics and plan the UGC shoots
• Shooting and production:- Shoot high-quality videos with camera independently or with a small team, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and audio during shoots.
• Editing:- Edit short-form videos with engaging transitions, music, effects, captions by tools like Premier pro, CapCut
• Client Coordination: Keep clients updated on the status of their project.

>QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven past work portfolio
• Strong understanding of short form storytelling.
• Deep knowledge of typography, font pairing, and design principles for creating visually aesthetic content.
• Sharp eye for short form video composition, framing, and camera movements.
• Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• Strong understanding of organic and paid content strategies for short-form video and Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

>NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with D2C brands
• Prior exposure to performance marketing or content for paid ad campaigns

JOB TITLE: Content creator

EXPERIENCE: 0-1 year of high production videography & short form video editing

REMUNERATION: ₹1.8 LPA to ₹ 3.6 LPA + Annual performance bonus

REPORTS TO: Founder

SCHEDULE: 6 days working, Hybrid model, [Tue & Fri are WFO, rest will be shoot days or WFH]
