What you’ll be doing

voice that ties together our ecosystem

• Turn complex health, performance & science concepts into

  simple, sharp, “oh damn that makes sense” content

• Write

  blogs, playbooks, landing pages, and scripts

  that drive leads & learning (not just impressions)
• Create

  ad copies

  for Meta / Google / billboards
• Write

  high-converting landing page copy

  for assessments, hubs, and academy launches
• Build

  referral campaigns, giveaway concepts, and funnels

  – from hook to CTA
• Build a

  consistent brand voice

  for Cureocity across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, website, and internal decks
• Work with design, marketing, and founders to create

  scroll-stopping campaigns

  (sarcastic, intelligent, performance-first)
• Draft

  scripts and outlines

  for reels, podcasts, TVCs, and collabs with athletes/celebrities
• Turn raw ideas, voice notes, and founder-chaos into

  clear, structured campaigns

• Help build

  content calendars, copy libraries, and messaging frameworks

• Constantly

  test, learn, and refine

  based on performance (not vibes).

You’ll be a great fit if…

• You think in

  hooks and flows

  , not just “nice lines”
• You can explain

  insulin resistance, performance gaps, or “fat loss vs weight loss”

  like you’re talking to a friend
• You’re comfortable switching tone:

• You’re obsessed with

  clarity over jargon

• You can take feedback without taking it personally
• You’re okay hearing: “This sounds like every other fitness brand. Rewrite.” and then actually rewriting it

Basic requirements

• Excellent command over

  English

  (bonus if you can think in

  Malayalam context

  even if you write in English)
• Comfortable working with

  semi-structured chaos

  in a fast-moving startup environment
• Genuine interest in

  health, fitness, performance, or psychology

• You know what

  hooks, CTAs, A/B tests, positioning, and funnel stages

  mean beyond buzzwords

• Salary:

  up to

  ₹25,000 per month
