Key Responsibilities

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound calls

    professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries

    at the first point of contact wherever possible (First Call Resolution).
  • Recommend relevant

    products and services

    tailored to customer needs.
  • Stay informed on the latest

    products, services, policies, and system updates
