We’re looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead to manage a 12-member sales floor (10 agents, 1 QA, 1 trainer) that handles inbound and outbound calls for service bookings and revenue generation. You’ll drive daily performance — connect rate, booking conversion, show rate, and cross-sell — while ensuring full compliance with TRAI/DND/DLT and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023). The role involves managing rosters (9 AM–9 PM, 6-day rotation), call quality, CRM and dialer tools (LeadSquared, Knowlarity/Tata Tele), and coordination with marketing and operations teams.
Requirements: 3–5 years of experience as TL/Manager in a sales-led contact center (automotive/services preferred), hands-on with LeadSquared and dialer systems, fluent in English + Kannada + Tamil/Hindi, and strong Excel and coaching skills.

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA +variable pay
