Consultant (Trainer - Japanese Language, SIIC Varanasi)

Key Responsibilities:

         Conduct Japanese Language Training Sessions to candidates from various sectors, focusing on conversational skills, reading, writing, comprehension, Japanese vocabulary etc.

         Evaluate students' language proficiency through regular assessments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.

         Utilize teaching tools, online content, session plans and other materials, for effective teaching in the classroom and drive expected results in the Japanese exams. Also, develop new teaching Japanese language training content as per the requirement.

         Explore best practices in language instruction, incorporating innovative methods and technologies to enhance teaching effectiveness.

         Adapt training programs to accommodate different learning styles, levels, and objectives, ensuring that each student achieves their language goals.

         Integrate cultural insights and nuances into language training, fostering a deeper understanding of Japanese culture and customs.

         Keep detailed records of student progress, attendance, and certification status, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.

         Engage with management and candidates, to understand their needs and preferences, providing regular progress updates and feedback.

         Collaborate with fellow trainers to ensure a cohesive language training strategy, sharing best practices and resources.

Eligibility:

• Minimum JLPT N3 / NAT N3 certified and preferably    JLPT N2 / NAT N2 certified (or studying)
  
• 03 years of training experience with at least 1 year of classroom Japanese teaching experience
