Job Summary

The Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for providing functional expertise and support across Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management to design, implement, and optimize SCM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Supply Chain processes (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, iProcurement, etc.).
• Configure and support Oracle EBS SCM modules:

  • Core Modules:

    Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), iProcurement, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution.

  • Optional Modules (based on org needs):

    WMS, ASCP, BOM, WIP, Cost Management.
• Prepare functional design documents (MD050), solution design, and process flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customization, reports, and integration requirements (MD070s, RICE components).
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training sessions.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-implementation support.
• Work on system upgrades, patches, and enhancements within the Oracle EBS 12.2.x environment.
• Ensure best practices, compliance, and alignment with business processes and SOX requirements.
