One of our clients, a global leader in energy management and automation is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Sales Manager to lead and grow the organization's services business in the Kerala region. Some key responsibilities are listed below - Key Responsibilities Own and drive service business growth across End Customers and Partners in the Kerala region Visit and engage installed base customers, educate them on Schneider's full range of Service Offerings , with a focus on Digital Services and ROI-driven proposals Drive order booking, sales closure, and collection targets Generate market intelligence and promote new offers, especially in Modernization (Retrofit/Revamp/Upgrade) opportunities Leverage CRM (BFO/Salesforce.com) for managing sales funnel and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Key Account Managers, Tendering, Execution) Provide monthly forecasts for Order Booking and Sales Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners Skills Required Mandatory : Experience in MV/LV Switchgear solution selling Proven track record in Services/Solutions sales, especially in: Industrial segments Commercial Buildings IT/ITES & Data Centers Solid understanding of the electrical distribution asset lifecycle and service offerings like: Retrofit/Revamp/Upgrade of MV/LV switchgears, transformers Energy Management, SCADA, Active Harmonic Filters, APFC Consulting, Digital & Recurring Services Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM tools Show more Show less
