Sales Consultant – High-Ticket Law Services (Law Chambers of Amish Agrawala)

Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients.
Your job is to understand their goals, pain points, and psychology, then guide them confidently to invest in a life-changing program.

This is not a pushy tele-sales job — it’s consultative, emotionally intelligent, and high-stakes. You’ll be speaking with serious prospects who already follow the brand, follow us on socials (More than a million followers) , and trust our system.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 strategy calls with our organic leads.
• Understand client challenges and position our service as the best solution.
• Build trust, handle objections, and close high-ticket offers over Zoom/phone.
• Maintain CRM updates, track follow-ups, and manage your pipeline effectively.
• Hit weekly and monthly revenue targets with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve lead quality and closing scripts.
• Attend Weekly Sales Coaching.
• Attend weekly sales meetings, report KPIs, and share on-ground insights with leadership.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven experience in high-ticket service sales (coaching, consulting, edtech, or premium memberships).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills - both English & Hindi.
• High emotional intelligence: ability to listen deeply and sell through empathy, not pressure.
• Comfortable closing deals over phone / Zoom (₹15 - 25L ticket size).
• Experience with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• A hunger to grow financially and personally — this is a results-based role.
